BOOST YOUR IMMUNITY POWER !!

Powerful Food boosts your immunity power during this COVID-19 pandemic.

Let's Start...

1). RED BELL PEPPER

2X- more vitamin C than Citrus Fruits.
High in vitamin C, red bell peppers are not only tasty but may also reduce the risk of certain chronic or ageing-related health conditions. Red bell peppers (also called sweet peppers) deliver a large volume of food with few calories, carbohydrates, or fat, and they have the most nutrients of all the sweet peppers.

2). CITRUS FRUITS

Vitamin C - Increases white Blood cells, vital for a healthy immune system & strengthens the immune system and keeps your skin smooth and elastic. Additionally, they are rich in plant compounds that have various health benefits, including anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.

These compounds include over 60 varieties of flavonoids, carotenoids and essential oils, and they are responsible for many of citrus fruit's health benefits.

3). BROCCOLI

Packed with Vitamins A, C & E, as well as many other Antioxidants. Broccoli is loaded with compounds that are believed to protect against cancer.

Observational studies suggest that the consumption of cruciferous vegetables, including broccoli, is linked to a reduced risk of many cancers, including lung, colorectal, breast, prostate, pancreatic, and gastric cancers.

4. GARLIC

Garlic contains immune-boosting properties such as Allicin. Garlic supplements are known to boost the function of the immune system. One large, 12-week study found that a daily garlic supplement reduced the number of colds by 63% compared to a placebo. The average length of cold symptoms was also reduced by 70%, from 5 days in the placebo group to just 1.5 days in the garlic group. Another study found that a high dose of aged garlic extract (2.56 grams per day) reduced the number of days sick with cold or flu by 61%.

5. GINGER.

Reduces Nausea, Inflammation, Soar throats & chronic pain. Other traditional medical uses for ginger include treating muscle and joint pain, cold and flu symptoms, stomach pain, menstrual cramps, and skin burns.

The immune system is a complex network of cells and proteins that defends the body against infection. The immune system keeps a record of every germ (microbe) it has ever defeated so it can recognise and destroy the microbe quickly if it enters the body again.
